About the project
PF House is the result of a collaboration between AE Arquitectos' firm and VP Interiorismo. The purpose of this project was to create a cozy and elegant house with distinguishing neutral touches. We were involved in this project from the beginning by focusing on the comfort and practicality of our client's space.
The interior design is based on an eclectic style represented by walnut wood finishes and contrasts with lightning, colors, and textures.
A sanctuary for intimacy with a visual balance given by a green wallpaper. A vintage touch is obtained by combining ironwork materials.
A key component of the house. We were able to take advantage of the contrasts the great large windows offer and then highlight the space with neutral colors applied into soft-texture armchairs. The main attraction of this area is the chandelier and the dresser whose ancient brass accessories on the front make it one of the most important pieces of the house.
A delight to the eye. Aside of being connected to the living room, its main attraction is all about its quilted upholstery wall with a back bar in absolute-black marble and fine golden brass lines matching the glassware.
Practical and aesthetically pleasing. With an absolute-black marble floor, emphasized with a canvas and a chandelier in addition to a fixed dining table with parota-wood lines base and a "recinto" cover and a perfect complement of the living room with its mustard yellow cushions lighting up the place.
The garden has a pool and a grill made out of absolute-black granite ironwork and a living room with a dresser and four hanging chairs that allow you to be connected with nature.
A neutral-color pallet was used in this piece using walnut wood furniture. Here, you will find a piece of furniture at the foot of the bed that works as a chest and an L-shaped sofa, all in blue touches. Also, there is a bookshelf that plays with symmetry by using different heights in its shelves.
Grey and blue pallets were chosen to give a vivid touch to this bedroom. Walnut wood materials stand out in all of the furniture.
It contains two puff seats acting as a rest and play area; there is a large window which uses its geometric form as a desk, making it the visual finishing touch of the space.
Everything starts by using a soft-color pallet as it can be seen in the pink and grey wallpaper over white-wood walls.
Armchairs with footrest in green tones and a gold color base were set to give a touch of color and harmony.
Part of this project was to take into consideration that each of the girls felt they were in their own space and make sure the space truly reflected their own personality. This was accomplished by creating a practical environment giving each girl a desk and a walnut-wood twin bed and a wallpaper with soft colors and golden-tone accents.
