Luma Tm

About the project

Luma TM House is a unique and incomparable space. It is classified as one-of-a-kind space for its attention to details. An eclectic representation by combining an avant-garde design with traditional Mexican essence making it a comfortable yet long-lasting home.

For the entrance, a door in ironwork with perforations was designed to set the tone for what the rest of the unique style of this house would be. It is complemented with an inner courtyard through quarry textures, neutral colors, and plants.

Living room - terrace
A space with contrast due to the pasta-tile floors and parota wood furniture. This is the leading part of the space's atmosphere that include armchairs with Mexican embroidered cushions, an ironwork bookshelf that matches with the back of the couches as well as the sleeping-light lamps made out of wood.

All this ends with a spectacular view to the lake, providing an outstanding visual proposal.

Dining Room
A spectacular place to look from all its angles, designed for hosting a great number of people. Based in the exquisite combination of wood and black-woven chairs.
Finally, two credenzas combine in symmetry for this space and its symphony of textures and materials.

Main Living Room
This living room welcomes you by creating a visual punchline with its colorful Mexican pink and an Otomi painting. Certainly, an eclectic work, to the fullest extent, is accomplished by its clever attraction of handmade embroidery and couches with soft textures.

Lastly, a quarry fireplace was chosen to represent comfort.

Master bedroom:

With the use of neutral colors and natural lighting obtained by its large windows that allow great amount of light, this bedroom manages to provide strong contrast of light and shades in every corner, thus emphasizing each of the materials and textures used in it.

One of the most beautiful areas of this house are its hallways where you can appreciate the arches leading to the inner courtyard.
