About the project
This project's concept located in Jalisco seeks to respect nature and its environment as it becomes part of them.
Due to its location beachfront, piles were used to build this house as well as the deck over the sand to allow the water to flow in case of a high tide.
The materials used for this house with wide spaces are humidity and sun resistant allowing you to enjoy fresh air, sea breeze, and radiant sunsets through its large windows, sliding doors, and tropical parota and tzalam woods.
The house is divided into social and rest areas; innovative sound-blocking materials were used in both areas allowing them to be separated without losing the essence of the project itself. This allows the users to interact in the kitchen, the dining room, the living room as well as the terrace that has a mezzanine which you can use to relax or let the children's imagination run wild.
The utmost element of this project is the handcrafted touches made by local artists which include amazing palm-tree roofs and handmade embroidered details.
